General Information

We are based out of Sydney, Australia. All our online orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney. 

We process all orders in Australian Dollar. 
While the content of your cart may be displayed in the currency of your choice, you will checkout using Australian Dollar at the most current exchange rate.

We accept Paypal and all credit cards. For Australian customers, we offer Afterpay. 

Delivery

As all orders are shipped directly from Australia, you may be susceptible to customs fees. This is determined and applied by your local customs. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer. 

The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required. 

If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to Revolv Athletic. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our facility, excluding the cost you paid for shipping as this aspect of your order was fulfilled.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Shippit with tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your package.

Orders

In the event you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@revolvathletic.com and we will organise a replacement and/or solution as soon as possible

At the moment, we do not sell through any other outlets other than those directly linked to www.revolvathletic.com

Don't worry, this usually means that the email you used to place the order may have had a spelling mistake or the email may have gone through to your junk mail.

BACK ORDER

Back order is an item that is currently in production and is expected to arrive within a certain timeframe. By placing a back order, you are securing the product and will be the first to receive the product. 

The estimated date of delivery will be displayed under the description in each of the product. Should there be any delays, we will notify you via the email used on purchase.

You will also receive an email confirmation when the item is shipped

We offer full refund if you change your mind before we ship the products. We also offer 30 days exchange for damaged goods.
Unfortunately, since most items on back-order are popular styles that are made to order, we can't offer size exchanges.
